Internet Access

Internet access has come to the Big House, and it’s terrible. The internet is satellite, which means it’s slow, expensive and limited. Streaming content simply is a terrible experience for the people trying to do it, and it eats up a lot of the 10gb of data we’re given each month.

With this in mind Civilization Guests is the wifi that everyone should be using. This wifi will block many bandwidth hogs that people might attempt to use even accidentally. We also monitor internet traffic so we can identify devices that have data, as well and what websites and services the data was used on.

The following services are blocked – the wifi Civilization Unlimited does not have any of the restrictions listed below.
